- Project Management – Our team offers comprehensive project management services, including reviewing proposals, monitoring and evaluating project progress, budgeting, reporting, accounts tracking and invoicing, and coordinating among all parties involved throughout the projects.
- Project Review – SESI actively participates in Merit and Peer Reviews of Federal technology programs to enhance the development of renewable energy projects.
- Technical Analysis – We perform conceptual design and analysis, evaluate technology potential and R&D efforts, conduct demonstration program data collection and analysis, develop technological solutions, and identify pathways for the implementation of advanced technologies.
- Legislative, Regulatory, Policy, and Program Analysis – Our team assesses compliance requirements and applicability, develops legislative and regulatory solutions, conducts strategic planning and program analyses, and evaluates and comments on legislative/regulatory proposals, particularly concerning alternative fuels and fleets.
- Infrastructure Development for Alternative Fuels - We collaborate with partners to identify interested fleets and convenient fueling stations, assist station owners in securing infrastructure grants, coordinate contracts between suppliers and stations, and act as a liaison during installation activities between contractors and station managers.
- Grant Writing and Funding Identification - SESI works with industry representatives and corporations to determine funding needs and matches them to appropriate grants. We also assist partners in preparing high-quality grant submissions.
- Grant Selection and Review – We determine eligibility and selection criteria for foundations providing grants and evaluate potential grant applications to maximize your chances of securing funding.
- Public Relations – Our team specializes in editing and developing content for magazines and newspapers, writing and presenting speeches, and drafting press releases to raise awareness and promote sustainable energy initiatives.
- Event Coordination – SESI conducts public outreach activities such as advertising campaigns and press releases. We also organize and support grant organizational activities, events, meetings, and all aspects of conference planning.
